Mortgage Equities, Inc. a non-bank lender, founded in 1987 to provide commercial real estate loans to acquire property, develop land parcels, construct buildings, bridge short-term need, seize an opportunity, or find a solution to funding a unique property. Our mission is to provide a fast, efficient, reliable funding service.

We have a combined total of over 75 years of experience in real estate finance and investments. We are dedicated to keeping it simple, moving ahead quickly, and satisfying the client’s needs. Traditional lenders have to contend with regulatory environment that often impedes this process, while we are unencumbered by regulations or unnecessary documentation.
